Our Members asked us to take action! In response, The Wildlife Sanctuary has decided to expose animal cruelty and offer rewards as an expanded part of our mission. This includes poaching. Our sanctuary is all about respect, love and understanding of wild animals. However, occasionally a video of animal cruelty surfaces about domestic animals that is so vile that we simply must do our part to expose those perpetrators. These videos will be removed when they are taken down by the source, when the perpetrators have been caught, when a law is passed to prevent or punish the cruelty or when the situation has been otherwise rectified. Tragically, in most cases, some animal suffers horribly before it comes to the light of day.

Please note that some of these videos have warning labels and are extremely upsetting. We cannot understand how people can do such heinous things to animals. We feel compelled to expose this cruelty - if we don't bring it to light, then it will go on and on and on, somewhere else. This simply isn't acceptable to a sanctuary built and run on the principle that all animals deserve respect, love and understanding. We believe that if you don't stand for something, you will stand for anything.

This act is so heinous that The Wildlife Sanctuary is working to establish a REWARD for information leading to the arrest of these individuals. Remember - there are at least two people involved: the person throwing the puppies and the person filming it! The Wildlife Sanctuary will take a portion of your donations and set them aside for rewards so people like this get turned it and prosecuted! We will reach out to the local authorities and try to identify the person who provided the pivotal information that brought the perpetrators to justice.
